What you will do

• Plan, organize, direct, and staff daily pickup and delivery operations.
• Coach drivers on performance, safety, policies, procedures, and training requirements.
• Resolve complex customer service issues and support delivery commitments.
• Adjust routes and employee schedules and develop contingency plans.
• Lead operational adaptation to changing business requirements and new technology.
• Track and achieve organizational KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of hirify.global supervisory or lead experience, two years of management experience for external candidates, completion of a certified internal leadership development program, a bachelor's degree, or twelve months of general hirify.global operations experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global field operations, service features, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and organizational skills, plus basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries and directions.
• Ability to work onsite in Jamestown, New York, lift 50 lbs., meet applicable FMCSA or FAA medical and safety requirements, and remain alert while working safely.
