Centralized Dispatcher (Logistics)

What you will do

• Collect pickup and delivery requests from hirify.global Print Centers and Automated Document Factories.
• Plan courier routes and job schedules using dispatch software.
• Monitor courier workloads and reassign jobs during breakdowns or other interruptions.
• Communicate pickup and delivery details, schedules, delays, and special instructions to couriers and customers.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or delivery.
• Experience compiling and interpreting data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience working in a Windows-based technical environment and using mobile phones to communicate with couriers.
• Willingness to work different shifts and regularly report to the physical work location during established business hours.
