Capital Markets Senior Manager (Fintech)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support equity and debt raises, financing transactions, and capital structure analysis.
• Build transaction, cash flow, liquidity, scenario, and sensitivity models for product, country, and funding decisions.
• Develop banking, lender, debt investor, rating agency, trustee, and other transaction-party relationships.
• Support funding strategy for the existing Latin American loan book and expansion into Africa and Asia.
• Monitor credit facilities, covenant compliance, borrowing base reporting, investor updates, and due diligence processes.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis, improve financial processes, and communicate key risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, capital markets, financial planning, and financial modeling.
• Experience with structured finance products such as ABS, whole loan sales, forward flow arrangements, warehouse facilities, and high-yield bonds.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; strong written and verbal English communication skills are also required.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills; SQL is useful, while Python or scripting experience is a plus.

• Experience with rating agency processes and credit structuring.
• Experience in fintech, banking, regulated industries, consumer lending, or the fintech landscape.
• Python or other scripting and automation experience.
