What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, integration, and operational support of customer identity and access management solutions.
• Develop secure authentication, identity verification, MFA, password recovery, customer profile, and authorization capabilities.
• Provide architectural guidance for enterprise applications using C#, JavaScript, Angular, and other modern technologies.
• Govern OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, token-based security, and related identity frameworks.
• Review designs, technical proposals, pull requests, testing approaches, releases, and production readiness.
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure automation, observability, performance, resiliency, and scalability.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years, or an equivalent combination including at least 5 years of systems analysis or application development experience.
• Advanced C# proficiency and expertise developing enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong JavaScript and Angular development experience, plus professional proficiency in another relevant programming language.
• Experience with software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and multiple technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, token-based security, and identity and access management platforms.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD, automated deployment, DevOps, monitoring, observability, Agile delivery, and performance management tools.

Nice to have

• Cloud-native development experience and knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience leading technical projects, modernization initiatives, architecture standards, and complex delivery milestones.
• Experience mentoring engineers and presenting technical solutions to technology and business stakeholders.
