Lead Full-Stack Developer (.NET)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency required

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy, architecture decisions, code reviews, development standards, and implementation planning.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications with C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, Web APIs, and related technologies.
• Build web interfaces with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.
• Manage database design and migrations, including SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Build secure YAML-based CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments with Azure DevOps and PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and server-tier issues; implement unit tests and mentor junior developers within Agile teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least seven years of experience with the Microsoft .NET technology stack.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting applications in Microsoft Windows environments and managing Azure DevOps pipelines and deployments.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification or a related cloud certification.
