Lead Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: For positions based in New York, in-office collaboration is expected for 10+ days per month, with attendance determined by managers and teams.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 USD annual base salary for positions based in New York, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Define and manage the technical plan for a globally scalable, localized, high-traffic marketing web platform.
• Integrate LLM-powered tools, intelligent agents, and workflow automation for marketing operations.
• Build experimentation, personalization, A/B testing, and dynamic content delivery infrastructure.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations with Segment, GA4, Marketo, Salesforce, and related marketing systems.
• Build Sanity CMS schemas and APIs for modular content and lead-generation funnels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, establish engineering standards, optimize CI/CD, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional web development experience, including 2+ years in a Staff, Lead, or Principal engineering role.
• Deep expertise in modern JavaScript, React, Next.js App Router, Server Components, and headless architectures.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs using platforms or frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel AI SDK, or LangChain.
• Experience building experimentation frameworks, personalization engines, CDP and CRM integrations, server-side tagging, and event tracking schemas.
• Practical Sanity experience, including schema building, GROQ queries, and custom inputs.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, SSR/SSG, edge deployment, Vercel or Cloudflare, and technical SEO.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing technology, growth engineering, or high-scale marketing platforms.
• Experience influencing senior Marketing and Operations stakeholders without direct authority.
