Supply Chain Operations Supervisor (Fusion Energy)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States; on-site

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse, dock, receiving, material-handling, storage, and distribution activities.
• Oversee forklift, crane, gantry, hoist, rigging, and engineered lift-plan operations for heavy and oversized equipment.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, purchase-order verification, unloading, damage inspection, cross-docking, and dock-space utilization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through pick/pack operations, cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and Odoo ERP transactions.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Quality Control to document, track, and quarantine damaged or non-conforming parts.
• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel while driving 5S, continuous improvement, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in material handling, inventory, shipping, and receiving, including at least 5 years of ERP experience.
• At least 2 years of direct supervision experience managing floor-level personnel in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory operations, ERP functionality, computer applications, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work around hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, and cryogenics, with a strong commitment to safety.
