What you will do

• Develop and support high-performance Go-based multi-domain platforms within an Agile team.
• Implement distributed and decentralized architectures, scalable data fabrics, APIs, message queues, event streaming, authentication, authorization, and container orchestration.
• Write highly concurrent, reusable code and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot distributed-system issues, optimize performance and latency, and tune database queries.
• Maintain and enhance data pipelines and backend systems while providing customer application support.
• Apply emerging technologies to improve backend architecture.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go, including concurrent programming, goroutines, and microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, fault-tolerant design, event-driven architectures, and service mesh or service discovery tools.
• Strong database skills, including PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and Cassandra, and Redis.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
