Customer Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA

Compensation: $19 – $21 per hour plus commission and equity

What you will do

• Provide exceptional support by identifying customer needs, coverage gaps, and potential savings.
• Handle inbound calls from customers shopping for or managing auto, home, and motorcycle policies.
• Deepen product knowledge to match customers with the right insurance providers from our panel.
• Solve complex problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage.
• Process service requests including vehicle updates, driver changes, and policy documentation.
• Contribute to product improvement by providing feedback based on customer interactions.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain a P&C insurance license (company-paid).
