Consultant, Professional Services (AIOps)

Location: Remote within the United States; remote and onsite customer engagements may be required. U.S. citizenship is required.

hirify.global provides an AIOps and IT Operations Management platform for visibility, automation, analytics, and performance management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

What you will do

• Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert for the hirify.global product suite.
• Lead installation, configuration, implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of monitoring solutions.
• Partner with customer technical and management stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Manage customer priorities, project commitments, timelines, and technical documentation.
• Support IT, security, Authority to Operate, audit, and change-management processes.
• Provide consulting services remotely and onsite as customer engagements require.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and at least six years of experience supporting federal customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Enterprise infrastructure and systems administration experience across Windows and Unix/Linux, including at least two years of hands-on Linux experience.
• At least four years of experience supporting or implementing enterprise infrastructure monitoring, network management, or application performance solutions.
• At least two years of experience with SNMP, including MIB architecture, traps, or Syslog alert configuration.
• Experience with MySQL, scripting or automation using PowerShell, Bash/Linux scripting, Python, or PHP, and enterprise integration technologies such as WMI and XML/SOAP.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating monitoring solutions with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or other IT service management platforms.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
