Electrical Technician I - 1st Shift (Electrical Assembly)

Location: San Luis Obispo, California, United States; onsite facility role

Salary: $24–$25 per hour, with actual pay based on overall skills.

What you will do

• Perform electrical panel layout and wiring for Ultra High Purity Systems.
• Wire panels by following schematics, wire diagrams, drawings, and verbal instructions.
• Lay out components on electrical panels and assemble point-to-point wiring, cables, and harnesses.
• Learn customer data sheet requirements, engineering specifications, measuring techniques, tool use, and quality standards.
• Perform visual checks, support accurate and timely production, and help maintain on-time shipments.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and support 6S responsibilities while working independently and with a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of electrical assembly experience or basic electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds daily, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual checks and handle materials responsibly.
• Ability to use a computer and learn basic data entry.
• Dependability and flexibility, including the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
