Quality Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Brillion, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 AM–2:30 PM

What you will do

• Perform process audits, product inspections, testing, and dimensional measurements.
• Identify, document, contain, and process nonconforming materials.
• Troubleshoot quality issues on the production floor with production and engineering teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and CAPA methods.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to support process control and continuous improvement.
• Maintain inspection records, quality documentation, traceability, and calibration requirements.

Requirements

• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and basic GD&T, including critical, major, and minor characteristics and Cpk.
• Experience with root cause and corrective action tools, including 5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA, or 8D.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and QMS systems.
• Ability to detect defects, interpret data, identify trends, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
