Salary: $122,250–$176,583.33 per year

What you will do
- Deliver branded and unbranded disease, inheritance, and product education to patients and families across the rare disease portfolio.
- Assess individual education needs and create personalized action plans addressing patient barriers and concerns.
- Facilitate individual, family, group, regional, and national education programs, including patient organization and community activities.
- Provide disease and product in-services for home and outpatient infusion settings and coordinate with field team members.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Marketing, Case Management, and Strategic Account Management partners on patient support and account strategies.
- Analyze data, maintain accurate CRM documentation, support compliance, and communicate patient insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or life sciences, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working successfully in a complex matrix organization, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to travel extensively, 50%–75%.
- Preferred qualifications include genetic counseling certification or nursing registration, an advanced medical or scientific degree, and experience in biotechnology, genetics, neurology/neuromuscular, renal, or hematology/oncology.
