What you will do
- Set the end-to-end technical direction for platforms, technologies, tools, and infrastructure.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product strategy, scope, and execution.
- Design and build API-first, cloud-native services for web clients, internal tools, and external partners.
- Own projects through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Develop scalable distributed systems focused on performance, reliability, and security.
- Contribute to conversational AI capabilities, messaging pipelines, integrations, data flows, CI/CD, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years with large-scale, high-volume enterprise products.
- Strong experience developing in C# and architecting systems for performance and scalability.
- Expertise with relational and/or non-relational databases and RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and Agile development processes.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science.
- 2+ years of software architecture experience and 7+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency in Angular.
- Experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, SignalR, Storage Accounts, Logic Apps, and Application Insights.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, AI-powered features, or data-driven systems.
