Vice President-Product Management (Risk & Controls)

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization across a portfolio of risk and control applications.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering leaders to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, including research, requirements definition, solution design, launch planning, adoption, and post-launch monitoring.
• Manage dependencies, trade-offs, competing initiatives, and executive decision-making across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, platform convergence, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Present product strategy, business cases, roadmap updates, and delivery progress to senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, strategy, transformation, risk management, or technology delivery.
• Experience supporting Compliance, Risk, Regulatory, or Corporate Governance organizations.
• Experience with technology platforms, risk management platforms, entity management solutions, or contract management applications.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technology capabilities and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate in a global and ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, risk and control functions, regulatory processes, data governance, or control frameworks.
• Experience leading product teams supporting enterprise platforms, workflow tools, data products, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Knowledge of engineering delivery models, agile execution, product operations, and stakeholder governance.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, backlog tools, data analysis tools, and product documentation platforms.
