Senior Director, Product Management (AI)

Location: United States — New York City, New York; hybrid work requiring 2 to 3 days per week on site. An additional location is NYHQ or Collegeville, Pennsylvania. Travel to hirify.global offices, vendor offices, and other team meeting locations may be required. Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $214,900–$358,100 annual base salary, plus a 22.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and full lifecycle for one or more global Medical Affairs AI and digital products.
• Translate enterprise and Medical Affairs priorities into value hypotheses, target outcomes, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Digital Technology, Commercial, Oncology, International, Compliance, and Legal to resolve competing priorities.
• Define product, feature, and technical requirements, acceptance criteria, backlogs, and delivery sequencing with UX, Architecture, and Engineering.
• Lead products through discovery, experimentation, pilot, MVP, enterprise scale, and sustained operation while tracking adoption, ROI, and business value.
• Direct the work of Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Program Delivery Leads, and mentor product talent.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive product management or product ownership experience, including 4–5 years at a senior or director level owning products end to end.
• Experience translating enterprise or life-sciences strategy into product roadmaps and requirements at scale.
• Experience translating business needs into AI-based technical solutions that have scaled globally.
• Proven ability to manage VP- and SVP-level stakeholders and make prioritization decisions across competing interests.
• Experience with agile or iterative delivery frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required. U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical, life-sciences, regulated-industry, or Medical Affairs experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, responsible AI, data governance, and emerging AI regulation such as the EU AI Act.
• MBA or advanced degree.
