Technical Architect, Team Lead

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing full-stack software engineering team.
• Architect, design, and deliver high-quality software while maintaining standards for observability, stability, scalability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Shape broad architecture and ship large services, complex libraries, and major infrastructure components.
• Partner with product teams to estimate project effort, evaluate tradeoffs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Guide modern software development practices and provide hands-on technical support and problem-solving.
• Manage projects and collaborate with partners and stakeholders to deliver business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of software development experience building commercial applications with modern engineering practices.
• Experience owning and delivering large projects both collaboratively and independently.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle for distributed teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps.
• Expertise with cloud technologies, including AWS, serverless systems, event-driven architecture, SOA, microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Team or project leadership experience with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
