Lead IT Systems Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote - USA

Base salary: $150,000–$177,000 per year for candidates in NYC, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Seattle; $136,000–$160,000 per year for other U.S. locations. Additional variable compensation may apply.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s corporate IT environment across systems, applications, endpoints, identity infrastructure, and employee technology experience.
• Assess systems, processes, and controls to reduce risk and establish a proactive, scalable IT operating model.
• Modernize and automate applications, integrations, workflows, self-service capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Improve onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access governance, device management, SaaS administration, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Establish documentation, metrics, service standards, and support practices while resolving complex technical issues and recurring operational problems.
• Partner with Security, People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and business leaders; manage vendors and shape the long-term IT roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA for this fully remote role.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT, enterprise technology, IT operations, workplace technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Expertise in identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS administration, asset lifecycle management, and IT service delivery.
• Experience leading complex IT initiatives, building automation-first processes, and balancing hands-on execution with functional leadership.
• Working knowledge of security, compliance, incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery; a relevant bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with vendor management, technology rationalization, contract renewals, or spend optimization.
• Equivalent relevant experience in place of a bachelor’s degree.
