Technology Director - Enterprise Endpoint Services

Location: Hybrid in Bloomington, Illinois; candidates must reside within a 180-mile radius of the hubs and corporate offices.

Salary: $173,000–$228,500 per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 30% of base salary.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise Endpoint Services strategy and multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Lead engineering teams responsible for endpoint platforms across PC, virtual desktop, and mobile environments.
• Own endpoint lifecycle management, including device standards, provisioning, deployment, zero-touch deployment, and hardware refresh programs.
• Drive automation, standardization, software distribution, endpoint security, monitoring, health analytics, and proactive remediation.
• Lead platform modernization and technology transformation initiatives that improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Build high-performing teams and manage relationships with security, architecture, business, vendors, and managed service providers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise endpoint engineering, workplace infrastructure, enterprise computing, or workplace technology services.
• Experience supporting tens of thousands of enterprise devices and leading large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing complex technology portfolios, multi-million-dollar budgets, and strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Entra ID, Azure, Windows endpoint management, macOS enterprise management, JAMF, Windows Autopilot, EDR, endpoint vulnerability management, VDI, Endpoint Analytics, and enterprise software deployment.
• Applicants must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.
