Senior Category Buyer – Consumer Health, Beauty & Supplements

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with the possibility of working remotely when the role does not require onsite presence

hirify.global operates a large European e-pharmacy focused on health-related products and digital pharmacy services.

What you will do

• Drive supplier contribution improvements, including end-of-year agreements and commercial contributions.
• Optimize invoice rebates and payment terms.
• Negotiate and manage promotional plans with suppliers.
• Lead annual supplier negotiations and in-year renegotiations after onboarding.
• Manage a broad supplier portfolio and substantial purchasing volumes.
• Oversee purchasing activities across multiple product categories.

Requirements

• Experience in buying, strategic purchasing, or category management.
• Direct responsibility for supplier negotiations and commercial terms.
• Background in pharma retail, para-pharmacy, dermocosmetics, cosmetics, food supplements, or beauty is mandatory.
• Experience managing suppliers and supporting category growth in a fast-moving retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
