Salary: $116,255–$177,503 per year. Principal range: $116,255–$151,132; Lead range: $136,539–$177,503.

What you will do

• Architect and own OT platform solutions for EMS, SCADA, and ADMS, primarily using the OSI Monarch EMS platform.
• Manage AspenTech/OSI vendor relationships, third-party integrations, support coordination, and enablement of new EMS features.
• Define platform standards for availability, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, performance, and EMS data archives.
• Lead upgrades, patching, modernization, configuration changes, and restoration testing across real-time OT systems.
• Translate operational requirements into reusable EMS platform capabilities while maintaining platform ownership within OT.
• Investigate complex platform incidents, analyze logs and monitoring data, and provide senior escalation support during an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations up to a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience.
• Lead-level progression requires 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 10 years with an associate degree, or 12 years with a high school diploma/GED.
• Relevant backgrounds include IT/OT system administration, IT/OT application support, cybersecurity, ADMS, DMA, EMS, OMS, and SCADA.
• Strong EMS experience is highly preferred, especially with the OSI Monarch platform.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, Batch, monitoring, patching, backups, disaster recovery, and root-cause troubleshooting is relevant to the role.
• Overtime, on-call assignments, and occasional travel may be required.
