Area Manager (Logistics)

Location: Onsite at 2400 S Council Rd, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73128-9526, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses and possible regional pay zone compensation.

What you will do

• Implement business plans by setting goals, managing staffing and schedules, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity through business reports and analysis, while identifying and resolving associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
• Maintain logistics quality and safety standards by ensuring training, policy compliance, and accurate operational documentation.
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders, including participation in hiring and promotion decisions.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, inventory, and troubleshooting of systems, hardware, software, and business applications.
• Build stakeholder partnerships and implement business solutions, action plans, and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience and the ability to manage staffing, workloads, performance, and operational standards.
• Ability to analyze business reports, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
• Ability to manage logistics processes, safety requirements, systems issues, and vendor coordination.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics.
• Ability to work onsite at the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility.
