Escrow Assistant (Real Estate)

Location: Eagle, Idaho, USA; in-office five days per week

Pay range: $16.63–$22.18 per hour

What you will do

• Provide administrative and customer service support throughout primarily residential escrow closing transactions.
• Prepare closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile home transaction documents.
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports while monitoring and tracking workflow.
• Respond to inquiries, gather information, resolve issues, and communicate updates to responsible parties.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support business development and customer service activities when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of directly related experience with proficiency in more complicated residential transactions.
• Experience with escrow transactions and company or client operating systems.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
