Senior AI Adoption & Integration Specialist

Location: Baltimore, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $96,500–$164,000 per year for Maryland. Other listed ranges are $105,000–$180,000 for Washington, D.C., and $120,000–$205,000 for New York and California.

What you will do

• Build relationships with Associates, managers, and business leaders affected by AI-enabled workflow changes.
• Identify adoption barriers, skill gaps, role impacts, incentives, and practical user needs during solution design.
• Develop adoption approaches including communications, hands-on learning, manager enablement, job aids, and launch support.
• Translate emerging AI workflows into practical guidance and help users apply AI while understanding the role of human judgment.
• Support launches, gather user feedback, address adoption barriers, and establish adoption and usage measures.
• Clarify responsibilities, procedures, escalation paths, operating routines, and ongoing ownership before implementation engagements conclude.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, organizational development, communications, human resources, operations, technology, or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in change management, digital adoption, transformation, implementation, learning, organizational effectiveness, or related work.
• Demonstrated experience helping teams adopt new technology, processes, or ways of working.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Ability to translate complex changes into simple, practical guidance for business users.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and enthusiasm for helping others use AI effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting technology-enabled workflow transformation.
• Experience developing and facilitating hands-on learning or adoption programs.
• Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with pragmatic change-management methodologies.
