Field Operator - CO2

Location: Crane, Texas, United States; onsite with rotating hours

What you will do

• Operate production equipment and maintain designated operating conditions, pressure targets, and volume targets.
• Troubleshoot artificial lift problems, identify operational issues, and report events to supervisors.
• Place wells in test, record production data, and enter accurate information into the ProdNet tracking system.
• Monitor automated production operations, facilities, and SCADA equipment; report issues through the work order system.
• Perform equipment shutdowns and start-ups, daily rounds, lockout/tagout duties, and general facility maintenance.
• Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns; maintain reliable attendance and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in oilfield operations or gas processing plants and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other assigned computer programs.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Ability to work rotating and non-traditional hours, including anticipated unscheduled overtime.
