Sr. Manager, FP&A

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York; hybrid schedule with office attendance required a minimum of four days per week

Salary: $110,000–$145,000 per year, bonus eligible

hirify.global is a media and entertainment corporation producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, and theme park content and experiences, including the Peacock streaming service.

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, reporting, strategic analysis, and financial modeling for the Peacock streaming business.
• Own the master planning file across planning cycles, ensuring accurate updates and improving processes through automation.
• Support Long Range Plan and Budget processes by reviewing operating plans, goals, and budget proposals.
• Prepare financial and operational insights for corporate finance, quarterly closes, weekly reporting, and monthly pacing reports.
• Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive presentations for senior management.
• Administer the BPC reporting tool and manage, coach, and develop one direct report.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including financial planning and analysis.
• Experience creating executive presentations and strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or BPC.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to contribute from the New York office at least four days per week under the current hybrid schedule.
