Transport Scheduler (Logistics)

Location: Findlay, Ohio, United States; 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 transportation operation

What you will do

• Process customer fuel delivery orders, provide delivery status updates, and estimate delivery times.
• Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to maintain product availability at customer sites.
• Optimize routes, loaded miles, payload, fleet utilization, and trucking resources.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, terminals, schedulers, and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery and loading issues.
• Respond to delivery incidents, investigate shortages and product quality inquiries, and support root-cause reviews.
• Escalate supply disruptions and terminal issues while ensuring transportation agreements and customer requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business, or Analytics preferred.
• Support Level 1: 0–1 years of related experience.
• Support Level 2: 1–2 years of related experience.
• Support Level 3: 2+ years of related experience.
• Support Level 4 requires at least 1 year of internal Transport Scheduling experience.
