Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

Location: Flexible remote work is available, but candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance of one of the Vermont or New Hampshire locations for in-person training, team building, and strategic meetings.

Salary: $48,000–$58,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage personal lines insurance accounts and support clients throughout the service lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Process information and complete data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Personal Lines team on training, team building, and strategic meetings.
• Use agency management systems to support account management activities.

Requirements

• Prior insurance industry experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Integrity, professionalism, reliability, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with computer systems and accurate data entry.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMS 360 or a similar agency management system.
