Employee Relations Specialist (Talent Support Specialist)

What you will do

• Advise leadership on company policies and practices while balancing business and employee needs.
• Partner with managers across departments on performance management conversations and employee concerns.
• Support internal reviews through a thoughtful, fair, and people-first approach.
• Manage the Speak Up line for workplace suggestions, challenges, and questions.
• Handle Talent Support phone calls and email tickets from managers and employees.
• Coordinate Talent Support matters with Leave, Legal, Benefits, and other relevant parties.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional HR experience in Employee Relations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and Word.
• Ability to prioritize Talent Support projects and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday.
