Network Management Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote role associated with Nashville, Tennessee, United States; travel within the assigned territory and occasional office meetings may be required

Salary: $55,900–$123,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Support provider recruitment and contracting processes to maintain network adequacy in an assigned territory.
• Analyze network coverage and prepare targeted gap reports.
• Develop remediation plans to address network gaps.
• Support complex hospital and physician contracting activities, including negotiation.
• Monitor negotiation activities, project milestones, and implementation progress.
• Travel within the assigned territory and attend internal office meetings as needed, including occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience developing and negotiating provider contracts, or five years of managed care operations experience including at least one year developing and negotiating provider contracts.
• Analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided.

• Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS regulations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare network adequacy requirements.
