Sr Consultant, Indirect Spend

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel to meet clients is required

Estimated hiring range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Conduct advanced financial and operational analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Develop and execute project plans covering schedules, budgets, contractual deliverables, and engagement value.
• Lead consulting projects and workstreams and facilitate meetings with senior client leaders.
• Manage client relationships, expectations, and requests throughout engagements.
• Support consultant development, sales opportunities, intellectual capital, and practice development.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare purchased or support services.
• Experience coordinating or managing projects and applying project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to travel regularly and expeditiously.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree.
