Duals Strategy and Policy Advisor (Healthcare Policy)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute Duals Integration Office strategies supporting business objectives.
• Research and analyze legislation, regulations, policy proposals, and their business and strategy impacts.
• Lead policy portfolio areas and cross-functional projects with limited oversight.
• Prepare policy briefs, position papers, fact sheets, presentations, regulatory summaries, meeting materials, and comment letters.
• Lead responses to legislative proposals, RFIs, and NPRMs, including drafting submissions to CMS and other agencies.
• Represent public policy priorities in meetings with trade associations and other external organizations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Policy, Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of combined experience in health policy, public policy, healthcare analytics, economics, law, or a related area.
• Experience producing high-quality, data-driven written and oral communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, relationship-development, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or relevant additional experience.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, Part D, Marketplace, dual eligibles, Health IT, or Artificial Intelligence policy.
