Facilities Supervisor (Banking)

Location: Evansville, Indiana; travel between in-state facilities is required, with occasional out-of-state overnight travel

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities across buildings, facilities, equipment, grounds, and bank locations.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, proposals, bids, and facility projects.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, windows, locks, and other building systems.
• Complete preventative, predictive, corrective, and new-installation maintenance, including equipment and tool organization.
• Support loading, unloading, storage, event setup and teardown, and after-hours emergency response.
• Lead and support team members through direction, coaching, and performance oversight.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of general maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Effective verbal and written communication and the ability to read and comprehend English.
• Computer skills including Excel and Word, with strong organization, initiative, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders up to 12 feet, and working in all weather conditions.
