Intern - Year Round (Facilities Management)

Location: 5550 Heritage Oaks Dr., Pensacola, FL 32526, United States. Fully on-site; schedule is dependent on the school schedule.

Salary: $17.21–$28.83 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with OpenBlue asset management, including equipment verification, asset tag validation, and serial number collection.
• Support asset onboarding, record updates, documentation, and data accuracy activities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, inventory verification, and work order support.
• Maintain asset, maintenance, and safety equipment records.
• Support shuttle operations through vehicle inspections, cleaning, refueling, and coordination.
• Perform data entry, reporting, record management, special projects, and other operational assignments.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use computerized asset management and maintenance systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accurate records.
