Salary: $131,000–$191,400 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily facilities operations across office locations and maintain safe, functional, productive workplaces.
• Lead office build-outs, construction, renovation, and improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage facility vendors, contractors, architects, landlords, and property managers.
• Develop disaster preparedness, business continuity, and recovery plans.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and life-safety systems.
• Manage facilities budgets, space planning, office moves, emergencies, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or a related field.
• Experience managing office build-outs, construction, or renovation projects.
• Proven experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing vendors.
• Experience developing or executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards, OSHA requirements, fire and life-safety codes, building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting facilities at a fast-growing technology or engineering company.
• CFM, FMP, or PMP certification.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities across different regions.
