Program Manager, Enterprise Change Management (ECM)

What you will do

• Create, drive, and administer Enterprise Change Management governance standards across programs and projects.
• Lead program planning, mobilization, implementation, transition, and continuous improvement across business units, regions, and complexity levels.
• Track scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, actuals, quarterly allocations, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, escalations, mitigation strategies, and controlled change processes.
• Coordinate with Organizational Change Management, risk, legal, procurement, compliance, technology, senior leadership, and external vendors.
• Develop communication and execution plans for new ECM offerings and maintain governance documentation, templates, and sign-offs.

Requirements

• Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application and throughout employment.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in project or program management within a complex organization.
• Experience leading complex programs, organizational transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, consulting, influencing, problem-solving, risk-awareness, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to plan, manage, and forecast budgets and develop metrics-driven business cases.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment; a relevant BS/BA degree is preferred.
