Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Support 100% uptime for the data center and customer infrastructure.
• Develop and review methods of procedure and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate customer implementations, including space, power, and network preparation.
• Manage technical aspects of facility operations, including power and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support for customer integration and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
• Prepare technical presentations, monthly reports, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Strong supervisory and managerial capabilities.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical systems, and general industry networking technologies.
• Familiarity with field concepts, practices, codes, standards, environmental and safety regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, proposal design, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent training, education, and experience; data center industry experience is preferred.
