Location: Remote United States
Salary: $240,000–$280,000 USD per year, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive.

What you will do
- Advise product and engineering teams on healthcare technology products across the product lifecycle.
- Provide legal analysis on HIPAA, state health privacy laws, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, PhRMA codes, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, accessibility, payments, and card processing.
- Partner with executive, product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical execution guidance.
- Build processes that help teams apply legal guidance efficiently and consistently.
- Work with the Chief Privacy Officer to protect patient data.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the Legal team and support legal colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and JD from a top-tier law school.
- 8+ years of healthcare regulatory experience across a top-tier law firm and in-house companies, preferably in high-growth organizations.
- Licensed to practice law in your state of residence.
- Substantial product counseling experience advising on regulated products from concept through launch.
- Strong legal and business judgment, creative problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment from the United States.
