Senior Technical Account Manager (AI Data Infrastructure)

Location: Remote from New York City or other U.S. locations, supporting the East Coast Timezone

Salary: New York City OTE of $213,000–$255,000; all other U.S. locations OTE of $159,375–$191,250. Equity and commission are offered.

What you will do

• Lead customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of hirify.global solutions.
• Guide enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing technical success.
• Troubleshoot production Kubernetes workloads, networking, storage, resource management, and deployments.
• Resolve complex database, data synchronization, CDC, REST API, and integration issues.
• Advise customers on LLM-based tooling and AI agent frameworks for building autonomous data agents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to identify growth opportunities and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, solutions architect, professional services engineer, or consultant.
• Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, CDC, replication, data synchronization, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and JSON.
• 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Must be based remotely in New York City or another U.S. location and support the East Coast Timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering best practices.
• Startup implementation experience in data infrastructure.
• Experience creating technical content, demos, blog posts, or conference talks.
