Regional Manager, Site Installation Management (Robotics)

Location: USA remote and travel-based; candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones. The role requires approximately 80% travel, with approximately 75% of the time spent on customer construction sites across the Northeast and Central regions. Work includes extended on-site assignments, frequent travel to customer locations, and occasional travel to the Wilmington, Massachusetts office.

Salary: $150,000–$206,800 base pay annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead installation execution across a regional portfolio of concurrent customer projects, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost, and workforce performance.
• Manage, coach, develop, and deploy Site Installation Managers and field-based installation teams.
• Oversee site readiness, mobilization, installation sequencing, resource planning, project controls, and turnover to Commissioning.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams, subcontractors, suppliers, skilled trades, and construction partners.
• Partner with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, and Commissioning to resolve field issues and maintain project milestones.
• Drive standardization, recovery plans, risk escalation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across installation planning and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in industrial automation, material handling systems, construction management, systems integration, or complex equipment installation.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience with field teams, site leaders, contractors, or skilled trades.
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial automation, robotic, material handling, or AS/RS projects in active construction or customer environments.
• Strong knowledge of installation planning, construction sequencing, project controls, subcontractor management, schedule management, site execution, and safety compliance.
• Must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones and able to travel approximately 80% to customer sites. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to customer locations are required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
