What you will do

• Coordinate and execute compliance work end to end, including requirements mapping, documentation, timelines, and closure.
• Support engineering with compliance questions related to GDPR and data residency.
• Help non-technical colleagues with production access, infrastructure, developer tooling, and vibe-coding.
• Identify and resolve developer-experience bottlenecks.
• Run engineering operations, including onboarding, retrospectives, team events, and invoice management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Self-starter with a bias for action, eagerness to learn, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as an internship, working-student role, or startup.
• Exposure to project management and tracking multiple concurrent activities.
• Business, legal, or economics background combined with technical comfort across codebases, documentation, and developer tooling.
• Available immediately for a 3-month on-site internship in Berlin.
