Support Operations Intern (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; on-site for the duration of the summer 2027 internship

What you will do

• Collaborate with Global Initiatives, Reporting, Operations, Support Operations, and Escalation teams on high-impact projects.
• Manage tasks and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
• Assist with Customer Relationship Management initiatives.
• Deliver AI and Machine Learning projects.
• Build reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Document feature requests and process improvements, track project progress, and provide updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, or a recent graduate.
• Available to work from the Austin office throughout the internship.
• Interest in gaining practical experience and developing business and operational skills.
