Personal Financial Solutions Intern (Finance)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; employees are required to work in the office on a scheduled frequency. The 10-week program runs from June 2 to August 7, 2027, with working hours from 8am to 5pm CST.

What you will do

• Complete training focused on direct-to-consumer finance and the financial services industry.
• Participate in weekly study sessions and prepare for the Securities Industry Essentials exam sponsored by hirify.global.
• Learn about client-facing and operational functions supporting the client experience.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that support business priorities and improve the client experience.
• Build relationships with business partners and leaders through networking and career development activities.
• Develop and deliver presentations to peers, leaders, and business partners.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student expected to graduate between December 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Passion for gaining experience in finance and learning about client relationships and support.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a professional business environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a related field, particularly finance or business, with an interest in sales.
• Interest in financial markets, investing, client service, relationship management, or business development.
• Leadership, campus involvement, work experience, or prior internship experience.
