Intern - Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: On-site in Conway, Arkansas, United States

Part-time internship beginning January 11, 2027, requiring 20–29 hours per week during the semester.

What you will do

• Support financial reporting, analysis, and variance explanations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including data gathering and model updates.
• Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly management reviews.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, trends, and key business drivers.
• Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams on financial results, ad hoc analysis, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Expected graduation between May 2027 and December 2027.
