Investment Services Intern (Private Wealth)

Location: Columbia, Missouri; Jackson, Tennessee; or Little Rock, Arkansas

What you will do

• Work on one or more key investment services projects.
• Assist with banking tasks, process audits, and reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for client reception and internal departments.
• Schedule and prepare for client meetings.
• Maintain advisor accounts and process address updates, beneficiary changes, and other account maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and process client mail, including forms, tax documents, and statements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a business or related degree with at least junior standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, project management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in working for hirify.global.
