Customer Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: Oakland District site and Richmond, California

Salary: $22.57–$34.75

What you will do

• Safely load, secure, deliver, and retrieve medical equipment from healthcare customers.
• Process, clean, inspect, test, and maintain inventory of medical equipment.
• Educate customers about equipment features and functionality during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Support customer and equipment management needs across a 24/7 service schedule.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid, unrestricted driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Customer service experience; hospital experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
• Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds and stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and perform other physical activities for extended periods.
