Practice Director (Radiology)

Location: Miami, Florida, at Baptist Hospital of Miami; hybrid work

Physician-led radiology practice providing clinical and healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians across the United States.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the local radiology practice.
• Manage budgets, operating expenses, capacity planning, performance metrics, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, credentialing, legal, revenue cycle management, scheduling, and other functional teams.
• Oversee physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, billing compliance, quality programs, and practice management technology implementation.
• Build relationships with physician clients and radiologists while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MHA or MBA is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management, healthcare administration, or radiology.
• Radiology management or private practice experience is preferred.
• Experience with accounting, revenue cycle management, finance, P&L oversight, and budget management.
• Strong communication, leadership, customer relationship management, process design, attention to detail, follow-through, and adaptability.
