Sr Manager Visa Direct Product Solutioning (Fintech)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; at least 3 days per week in the office. The role requires 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $143,700–$230,200 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end client onboarding and implementation planning for hirify.global Direct opportunities across LAC.
• Assess client use cases, define solution designs, validate endpoint readiness, and support opportunities through launch and scale.
• Translate client requirements into technical, operational, and market-readiness workplans covering processing flows, reporting, controls, testing, certification, and production support.
• Coordinate implementation workstreams with Sales, Client Services, Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and local market teams.
• Manage deployment of regional ecosystem enablers, identify infrastructure and process gaps, and drive resolution plans.
• Establish onboarding governance, implementation playbooks, risk tracking, launch-readiness checkpoints, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or the equivalent experience requirements for an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience managing program performance, ideally combining product and operations experience.
• Knowledge of payment processing, hirify.global Direct capabilities, client implementations, solution architecture, and market readiness.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to travel 5–10% of the time and work from the Miami office at least 3 days per week.
