Call Center Supervisor (Healthcare)

Location: Remote

Salary: $62,000–$83,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the UM call center.
• Provide system support and navigation for the UM contract.
• Conduct Tenancy Support Services reviews.
• Oversee daily workflow and provide frontline guidance to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, providers, subcontractors, and internal staff.

Requirements

• Internal candidates only.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
