Access Center Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Manchester, NH; onsite at 1070 Holt Ave, with a hybrid work schedule

hirify.global’s Elliot Health System operates an Access and Command Center that connects patients and referring providers with care across multiple practices, specialties, and departments.

What you will do

• Coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments.
• Receive and triage incoming calls and online requests from patients and referring providers.
• Document patient demographic, medical, financial, and referral information in Epic.
• Obtain the information providers need before appointments.
• Provide timely, efficient, and professional service while handling a high volume of requests.
• Keep the supervisor informed about issues involving coordination with other health system departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of healthcare experience or contact center experience required.
• Previous customer service experience, specifically in a contact or call center environment, required.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic.
